1. An update of recent Town and Planning Board meetings are now uploaded.

2. The latest version of the new Ethics Law, which will be the subject of an Open Hearing on May 28 is now available for review. All of the concerns which have been expressed by citizens regarding this law over the past few months were satisfactorily addressed by the Board. Thanks to both the Town Board and involved citizens.

3. New information is posted regarding the Zoning Committee that is now being formed to revise the Zoning Code in conformity with the new Comprehensive Plan. Documents include the committee schedule, as devised by the town's consulting agency, The Genessee Finger Lakes Regional Planning Council, and criteria for committee selection drafted by concerned citizens and sent to the Town Board for their consideration.

4. Check out the report in the Chronicle Express on a presentation by Andy Zepp of the Finger Lakes Land Trust, which links the quality of the water in Keuka Lake with "upland development" issues. We have requested of Andy a copy of his guest column, "Act Now to Ensure the Futue of Our Finger Lakes", published in The Observer in June of 07, and hope to publish it soon.

5. More information on the Old Baptist Cemetery at Van Gordon Road has been posted, including the Power Point presentation given at the Dundee Area Historical Society on April 30, 2008.

6. The historical preservation section now has a Links page.

7. New information has been posted on Stormwater Management, Cluster Development, Steep Slope Regulations, the Economic Benefits of Open Space and Site Plan Review.

8. The current version of the Comprehensive Plan is now available on this site, as is the Comprehensive Plan Survey and a summary of the Town Board's revisions of the Planning Board's Nov. 7 Draft of the plan.
