INFORMATION MEEETING FOR LEASEHOLDERS

Attorney Rachel Treichler will be present to answer questions from leaseholders who want to cancel or renegotiate their leases, now that they are more aware of hydrofracking and its impacts on ther property, their towns, and the Finger Lakes Region and/or they realize that the lease they signed did not adequately protect their property from negative impacts of hydrofracking.

To prepare for the meeting download Atty. Treichler's Analysis of the Standard Chesapeake Gas Lease, which features a section-by-section analysis of the lease with suggestions as to how a renegotiated lease can better protect the interests of the landowner.
